Wedding Day Coverage

Edwynn Studio offers complete coverage of your wedding. Your photographer will be with you the entire day.

At Home

The day will begin with photographing the bride at home while she prepares along with her bridesmaids and family.

The Ceremony

We will move on to the church where the  photographing commences with the groom and groomsmen prior to the ceremony. The complete ceremony, from your walk down the aisle, to the formal exit, will be thoroughly, and unobtrusively, captured on film.  We finish with formal portraits of the bridal party and family groups at the altar.

The Reception

Reception photographs provide a lasting memory of your day as you celebrate with family and friends.

Traditionally, our photographers arrive early to photograph your guests at the tables.  We offer the option of setting up a background for formal portraits of the bridal party and family.  Guests are also welcome to be photographed by our photographer at the background.   Of course, candid photos during the evening will capture the special events -  your toast, first dance, cutting of the cake, bouquet and garter toss - any special family traditions you observe.  

Available Extras

DVD Slide Show

We will select a set of images from your special day and create a video slide show. The DVD slide show will be approximately 15 to 30 minutes in length and be set to appropriate music.

Traditional Album Package

A standard wedding album and a specific amount of photos are included in the price of your package but, options for upgrades are available. As the bride and groom, you select the pictures that you want in your album and the order in  which they appear.  Final decisions pertaining to your album are made when the reorder is placed.

Terms

• A $400 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to confirm your date.

• The balance of your package fee is due upon our arrival the day of the wedding. 

• There may be additional charges for excess travel, background usage, medium format photography, and additional photographers. 

• Package includes four hours of reception coverage. Additional coverage is available at a rate of $35 per half hour. 

• Digital proof book and CD will be ready approximately four weeks after the wedding.

• Reprint prices subject to change, but guaranteed for six months after your wedding day.
